I arrived with two sleeping children and had failed to complete my booking (totally my fault). But Misha directly fixed a room for us without any problems and same price as online. Great room, clean and newly renovated. My daughter (6) loved the bunkbed, as it felt like a small room for herself.

The room is good and meets the 8h expectations but a very unpleasant situation happened. Around 2am I went down to reception to buy water and yogurt because I was hungry and was stopped by the receptionist due to the schedule. I was never advised that it is not possible to buy items from the fridge overnight. Absurd that.

Not very clean rooms, and smelly lobby. But for that price you can't really complain. Loved the shuttle service though.
